The New Economics Foundation held a series of conferences asking people who use services and carers about their experiences of social care and support. Taking direct quotes from these events, I developed a story about two places with very different approaches to co-production and personalisation. Then, with the talented people at Feedback Films, we produced an animated film which can now be seen on YouTube.
