This graphic was developed live during ‘Diverse Voices? Curating a National History of Children’s Books’, a collaboration between Newcastle University and Seven Stories (the National Centre for Children’s Books). It features a keynote given by the historian S.I. Martin and includes the ideas of leading authors and pioneering publishers; Verna Wilkins, @whatSFSaid @LawrencePatrice @catwrote @SitaBrahmachari @candygourlay @ifeoma_onyefulu and others. This graphic received a commendation in the National Co-ordinating Centre for Public Engagement 2018 Images of Public Engagement competition.
